Argon Supply in Africa
Argon is manufactured at very few sites across Africa. This limited availability means that Brew-house engineers, Metallurgists, Mine Project Engineers and Oilfield Service Engineers have struggled to find a reliable cost-effective supply of Argon. This failure of the gas supply industry resulted in complex expensive supply arrangements.
Carbon Dioxide Supply Solutions
In Africa the Carbon Dioxide supply infrastructure is poorly developed, where the burning of diesel produces much of the required carbon dioxide. As a result, many large users have been forced to become carbon dioxide producers themselves leading to the rise of numerous smaller plants, which are complex to operate and require technical skills that are either not readily available or very expensive.
Infrastructure Solutions
Mining and oil exploration take place all over Africa, often in remote locations where local gas infrastructure is often under-developed and the available methods of supply can be cumbersome and expensive.
